This UHF RFID workshop intelligent management system deploys fixed readers, handheld terminals and anti-metal tags on production lines, warehouses and transport trolleys. 

Supported by data middleware and unified background platform, it realizes automatic real-time collection of raw materials, semi-finished products, operators and equipment data, covering the whole links of raw material outbound, workstation processing, workshop transfer and finished product warehousing, to achieve full-process production traceability and digital workshop control.
I. Pain Points of Workshop Production Management
1.1 Heavy manual recording with high error rate
Workers rely on paper forms and manual input to record production procedures. Manual checking of parts easily causes missing inspection and wrong assembly, leading to defective goods and economic losses. Barcodes are vulnerable to deformation and damage under high-temperature workshop environments, failing normal identification and slowing production pace.

1.2 Discontinuous full-process production traceability
There is no unique digital identity for each workpiece. The transfer path, processing records and corresponding operators of semi-finished products cannot be fully recorded. Once quality problems occur, enterprises cannot quickly locate the responsible workstation and staff.

1.3 Isolated independent business data silos
Production, warehouse, equipment and personnel data are stored in separate systems without unified synchronization. Managers cannot obtain real-time overall production data, and repeated data entry wastes plenty of administrative labor.

II. Solution Overview
2.1 One-to-one unique digital identity binding for all objects
Equip raw materials, workpieces, transport trolleys, production equipment and staff with dedicated UHF RFID tags. Unique unalterable ID is written during warehouse outbound, storing material batch, process parameters and operator information as exclusive digital archives for each item. Anti-metal tags are adopted to adapt metal workshop environment.

2.2 Full-node automatic data collection across production links
Install fixed RFID readers at warehouse accesses, each workstation and conveyor channels; equip on-site staff with handheld reading terminals. The system automatically captures workpiece passing records, equipment operation data and staff clock-in information without manual scanning. Multiple tags can be read simultaneously to speed up material handover.

2.3 Middleware to break cross-system data isolation
Dedicated data middleware filters duplicate RFID raw data and converts unified standard formats, seamlessly connecting the RFID platform with existing ERP and production management systems. Real-time two-way data sharing eliminates repeated manual entry.

2.4 Automatic correlation of trolleys and workpiece batches
RFID antennas are deployed at loading/unloading areas and workstations. The system automatically binds transport trolley tags with loaded workpiece tags when goods are delivered, intelligently reminding operators of matched parts and avoiding mixed materials.

2.5 Integrated multi-dimensional workshop supervision module
The system integrates warehouse management, workstation control, workpiece tracking, personnel attendance and equipment monitoring modules. Real-time data is pushed to the management terminal to view line progress, staff working hours and equipment utilization at a glance.

2.6 Real-time production data analysis & early warning mechanism
The background platform auto-generates production volume, processing cycle and abnormal quality statistical reports. Delayed processes and mismatched materials trigger system alerts, supporting managers to adjust production plans timely and optimize resource allocation.
