This intelligent RFID wristband management solution applies customized passive RFID wristbands for personnel identification across scenic spots, hospitals, water parks and construction sites. Fixed access readers and portable collection terminals are deployed at key passages, service zones and working areas. 

The background platform realizes automatic personnel identity verification, real-time location tracking, access authority control and consumption data statistics, forming full-cycle digital personnel supervision to simplify on-site management and improve service safety and operation efficiency.
I. Pain Points of Traditional Personnel Management Without RFID Wristbands
1.1 Slow single-person identity verification & easy on-site congestion
Paper tickets, plastic cards and QR codes require visitors to stop and scan one by one at entrances. During peak passenger flow, long queues appear easily, lowering visitor experience and increasing manual labor for staff. Batch rapid identification of groups cannot be realized.

1.2 Uncontrollable access authority with safety loopholes

Install fixed RFID reading equipment at venue entrances, restricted area gates and service channels. Multiple wristbands can be identified simultaneously when people pass normally without stopping, greatly speeding up admission and passage efficiency during peak hours.

2.3 Multi-region authority control & real-time location tracking
Divide the site into multiple independent management zones and set different access permissions for different types of wristbands. The background platform displays real-time personnel distribution maps, records all movement trajectories and supports fast positioning of target personnel with one click.

2.4 System middleware to unify access and consumption data
Special data middleware connects access control, consumption and monitoring subsystems. All admission records, consumption logs and area access data are synchronized to a unified cloud platform, eliminating repeated manual entry and realizing integrated data statistics.

2.5 Graded authority configuration for differentiated management
Support multi-level permission configuration for tourists, VIPs, internal staff and temporary visitors. Customize valid activity time, free consumption limit and accessible area range for each group to realize refined classified personnel management.

2.6 Real-time abnormal alarm & emergency data statistics
The system triggers sound-light and background push alerts once detecting unauthorized area entry, expired wristbands and long-time stay. It supports one-click automatic personnel counting for emergency evacuation, and generates integrated reports of passenger flow, consumption and access records for daily operation analysis.
