It can not only replace traditional manual input methods, greatly improve the efficiency of gas station operation, but also, due to its advanced automatic recognition function, can easily achieve tasks that were previously difficult to complete manually.
Car owners do not need to go to the gas station counter or manually enter the information to refuel at the gas dispenser. The RFID Reader at the gas station will automatically detect the vehicle and read the RFID Tag information of the vehicle. Car owners can directly lift the fuel gun to refuel their vehicles upon arrival at the gas station. The fuel cost will be automatically deducted from the card.
RFID readers are installed on the gas dispenser to achieve data communication with the gas dispenser. The readers are connected to a network via TCP/IP or RS485 (or other data cables), and can also communicate and network through wireless transmission networks. The gas station data concentrator is connected to the management computer placed in the gas station business hall, and RFID gas dispenser information management system software is installed on the management computer. The automatic refueling function can be achieved through this system software.
Working principle
The RFID fuel dispenser information management system installs RFID readers on each fuel dispenser, and each fuel gun is equipped with a reader. Each refueling transaction can be completed with a card. The system identifies vehicles entering the fuel station, and only vehicles that match the fuel card have the authority to refuel. Implement one car, one card for refueling, basically using a one-to-one matching form, but allowing one to many or designated single card refueling through permission management. After the implementation of this function, it can ensure the legality of refueling vehicles to the greatest extent, improve the level of fuel management, and greatly eliminate fuel loopholes.
