This UHF RFID automobile general assembly line management solution binds reusable RFID tags to production hangers and skids that carry vehicle bodies. RFID reading equipment is installed at all assembly stations, tightening stations and fluid filling stations along the production line. 

The system connects with manufacturing execution systems through industrial middleware, automatically identifying vehicle information as bodies flow through stations, pushing matched assembly operation prompts to on-site terminals, recording full assembly component and operator data in real time. 

It realizes automatic error prevention for parts and working procedures, full-process vehicle quality traceability, real-time production line visualization, and seamless data linkage between production execution and logistics systems to support multi-model mixed flexible assembly.
I. Pain Points of Traditional Automobile General Assembly Line Management
1.1 Barcode recognition easily fails under complex workshop environments
Traditional production relies on manual single barcode scanning for VIN and component matching. Barcodes are prone to smudge, scratch and damage on dusty, oily assembly lines. II. Solution Overview
2.1 Reusable RFID tag binding for body transport carriers
Install writable anti-metal RFID tags on all assembly hangers and skids. When vehicle bodies are loaded onto carriers, the background system automatically binds unique vehicle VIN, model and configuration information to tag IDs. Information automatically transfers during body transfer between hangers and skids to maintain continuous data correlation.

2.2 Full-station automatic non-stop vehicle identification
Deploy fixed RFID reading devices at key nodes including component assembly, torque tightening and fluid filling stations. Vehicle body information is automatically captured as carriers pass through without manual scanning, instantly matching corresponding assembly process standards.

2.3 Dual anti-mismatch mechanism for parts & working procedures
The system compares on-site component codes with standard matching rules stored in tags in real time; mismatched parts trigger on-site audio-visual alarms. It also verifies completion status of previous processes, reminding operators of unfinished or faulty upstream steps to block assembly errors at source.

2.4 Real-time on-site assembly guidance & automatic record storage
Station terminals automatically display customized operation steps corresponding to the current vehicle body. After assembly is finished, the system permanently records component batch numbers, operator information and operation time into the database to form complete quality trace electronic archives for each finished vehicle.

2.5 Middleware-enabled cross-system data interconnection
Dedicated industrial middleware processes RFID real-time data and realizes bidirectional synchronization between the assembly management platform, manufacturing execution system and logistics distribution system. Material consumption data is automatically fed back to logistics modules to optimize parts feeding rhythm.
