This UHF RFID hazardous waste flow management system assigns unique rewritable RFID electronic tags to each batch of waste. Fixed and portable reading devices are deployed at factory delivery points, transport entrances, sorting workshops, storage areas and disposal workshops. 

The unified background management platform realizes automatic real-time data collection covering customer submission, vehicle dispatching, sorting weighing, inter-department transfer, storage and final disposal, forming full-life digital traceability archives for waste, and supports standardized statistical reports and seamless docking with environmental supervision systems.
I. Pain Points of Traditional Hazardous Waste Management
1.1 Full manual paper recording with low efficiency and high error risk
All waste receiving, transfer, sorting, storage and disposal records rely on paper documents and manual entry. Manual statistics, inventory and report making consume massive labor; paper files are easy to damage, lose or alter, and data authenticity cannot be guaranteed.

1.2 Discontinuous whole-process traceability of waste flow
There is no unified unique identity for each batch of waste. Information from production enterprises, transportation vehicles, sorting workshops and disposal departments cannot be linked. Once environmental risks occur, it is impossible to quickly trace the complete circulation path and responsible parties.

1.3 Disconnected independent data silos
Customer management, vehicle scheduling, workshop sorting, warehouse storage and environmental supervision systems operate separately. Cross-department data cannot be shared synchronously, leading to repeated manual transcription and serious inconsistency between account books and physical waste.

2.1 One-to-one unique digital identity binding for waste batches
Write exclusive unalterable ID, waste category, weight, source enterprise and production information into reusable RFID tags during waste collection. Tags can be repeatedly rewritten in sorting, transfer and disposal links to form permanent digital archives for each batch of waste.

2.2 Full-node automatic batch data collection
Deploy fixed reading equipment at factory gates, workshop entrances and warehouse passages, and equip staff with portable collection terminals. The system automatically identifies multiple tags at one time when waste and transport vehicles pass, synchronously recording transfer time, location and processing information without manual filling.

2.3 Middleware to realize cross-system data interconnection
Dedicated data middleware filters duplicate collected data and converts unified standard formats, realizing bidirectional data synchronization between internal business modules and external environmental supervision platforms, eliminating repeated manual data entry.

2.4 Standardized warehouse location & whole-process circulation linkage
Match RFID tags with storage area location information. The system automatically updates inventory data during waste inbound and outbound, quickly locates misplaced waste during inventory, and records the full circulation chain from factory collection to final disposal.

2.5 Multi-module integrated business management platform
The system integrates customer file management, vehicle scheduling, sorting weighing, inter-department transfer, warehouse storage and data statistics modules. Different operation permissions are assigned to personnel of each department to realize hierarchical refined management.

2.6 Automatic statistical report & real-time data supervision
The background one-click generates classification statistics of waste volume, transfer records and disposal progress. Real-time data is pushed to management terminals, supporting rapid environmental inspection filing and timely risk early warning for abnormal waste storage and transfer.
