Tool lending: Read the RFID information of the tools to be borrowed through the RFID reader, save the relevant information such as the loan time, borrowing department and personnel, and borrowing purposes in the data collector, click the touch screen to confirm, and pass the approval process. process or wirelessly upload to the system.

Tool return: Read the information in the tool label through the RFID reader and check it with the information retained during the loan. After confirming that it is correct, click the touch screen to confirm the storage, and place the tool in the corresponding position of the warehouse, that is, the return procedure is completed.

Appraisal of measurement tools: According to the relevant national regulations, the measurement tools should be regularly appraised by the designated professional testing department. After verification, the identification information is written into the system.

Tool scrap: When the tool reaches the specified service life or is damaged and cannot be used continuously, it shall be scrapped. After reading the electronic label information of the equipment through an RFID reader or a handheld terminal, enter the scrap reason, handler, approver and other relevant information in the system, and the equipment will be scrapped. The scrapped equipment information will be kept in scrapped tool file information for query.

Tool inventory: Enter the inventory state, use the RFID handheld to collect the tool labels on the tool rack in turn, enter and upload them to the background, through the RFID labels installed on the tools, the quantity of each tool can be collected. Complete the inventory of warehouse tools and generate reports according to the collected quantity data.

Background system management: Through the RFID tag installed on the tool, the information of each tool such as storage, loan, return, storage, and storage can be collected, entered, and uploaded to the background.

RFID technology realizes efficient and intelligent management of tools and tools.
